I need a cloud computer for linux development that I can access via VNC.?

I am looking for a cloud computing provider. I want to have a 64-bit machine that I can access from anywhere via VNC for C++ development under linux. I need at least 16GB of ram and a 100GB of storage. What are the best providers for such a service? Thanks!

   If you check out linux server hosting companies, you will notice that they all market to the web hosting sector. Don’t let this bother you. They don’t really care what you use the service for — they’ll provide a linux host for whatever your purposes. You can specify a dedicated system configured exactly how you want it, or a virtual system (that is much cheaper).
